In 2005 we initiated construction of our cold store in Dziardonice place located barely 20 km from Wloclawek. This wonderful building along with office block we had built in just 10 months so we could proudly start a new stage in Marlex development - refrigeration services. Our cold store contains of 3908 pallet locations with maximum capacity per pallet of 1000 kg, working either in FIFO or in FILO operations what means maximum usage of warehouse surface. Stands constist of electricly powered load carriers that transport goods in and out of storage tunnels. The carriers are operated by wireless remote control - hereof the name of stand system "Radioshuttle", that is to say high-density bulk storage of goods.
We are vested with two cooling chambers (warehousing temperature - till minus 25°C) and two freezing tunnels (warehousing temperature - till minus 35°C). Dispatch department is equipped with a high-tech warehouse-control computer system which provides assurance to comfortable customer service, however, newest generation fork-lift trucks reduce time of waiting for various deep-frozen foods.
